Important Information

It is imperative to be cognizant of the following significant information when embarking on the tour:

• Transfer options are available in both Sharing and Private modes, contingent on the booking selection.
• Pickups will only be arranged from the hotel or residence of your choice in Dubai, and not from the airport under any circumstances.
• Pickups from locations other than hotels or residences can be accommodated on request, but additional surcharges may apply.
• Sharing transfers are also available from Bur Dubai, Deira, and Sheikh Zayed.
• When visiting the Sheikh Zayed mosque, it is mandatory to adhere to a strict dress code. Visitors must wear attire that fully covers the body. Shorts, sleeveless shirts, skirts, swimwear, beachwear, and transparent clothing are not allowed.
• While selecting sharing transfers, please note that pickup and drop-off times may be subject to change by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions near your location.
• Pickup times for the Abu Dhabi Tour may vary on Fridays.
• Chewing gum or drinking in public is strictly prohibited.
• The Grand Mosque is not open for visits on Fridays.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure will not incur any charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of eligibility.

Children Policy

• Adult rates apply to children above the age of 10.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 10 will be charged the children’s rate.
• Children under the age of three can enter free of charge.
